15 Things about me right now.......

Here we go!

1. We are moving in 5 days and Kim + I packed my scrapbook room! :(

2. I heart chocolate cake without icing. :)

3. 6 years ago I had just delivered Colby, had almost every complication possible, and we both lived in the hospital for a week (Colby in the NICU).

4. Cold Weather + Low humidity = Good Hair Days!

5. I heart scrapbooking!

6. I am still toying with the idea of going back to grad school and getting a PhD......

7. I love Disney.....It is the happiest place on Earth! :)

8. I can't wait for my drive to work to consist of a total of 3 minutes one way.

9. My fur baby, Ike, is totally responding to the dog psych of the potty outside = treat.

10. I have only played our Wii once since we got it.

11. I love my Blackjack phone and the ball buster game....

12. Favorite shows right now: America's Best Dance Crew, Hills, and Ghost Hunters.

13. I wanted to be a dancer growing up......became a teacher instead.

14. I am hoping to become a reading coach this next school year.....another year of big change! :)

15. I put together my 1st Lego creation.....and survived the 50 step directions.

Project 365: Jan. 10/11

Jan. 10: Went to Grandma Linda's for a cookout with Linda, Tom, Keith, Tyler, Kammi, Josh, Colby, and myself.

Bought new SB goodies @ Michael's with GC from Dad and Pam.

Jan. 11: BIG NEWS! No more training wheels for Colby! He can ride his bike by himself! :)

Retail Therapy....Round 2

So the Michael's gift card was BURNING a hole in my pocket......so..........I drug husband plus son to the M's in Lakeland (wanted to visit the new gen store in Davenport, but family was a no go). Look what came home! I am totally excited about the Friendly Forest line by Colorbok.....we heart owls and squirrels at my house. Those chipboard albums were only $1 each, and the Making Memories lines are fabalous. I already have a layout in mind for the Forest Friends!

Well, you go in JoAnn's for one thing, and it seems as though I came out with 12 of these clear stamps......para un dollar each....or .85 each with my teacher's discount! :)

A Little Project......

I started this over the summer at a crop @ an LSS, but just now decided I should finish it, and even bring it to work tomorrow. Thinking it will co-exist on my desk with all the other explosions..... :)

Used a K & CO flip book (scored @ BL), Creative Cafe felt/pp, and Fancy Pants PP. Embossed with the good old Cuttlebug on the cover and inked.

Lots of fun today.........

-Woke up late :(

-Got evac'ed from Portable again @ school.....

-H20 was turned off twice @ school due to construction

-Got my school website together @ RWD training after school

-Josh grill steak for dinner

-We took down the Christmas tree for the recycling to pick-up tomorrow am

-WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-Back to school with the kiddies.......To see their smiles when they seen me after being gone for three weeks and one day......Priceless. I actually warmed my heart....and I don't get that mushy gushy that often.....

-Beating on the Bongo drums at the faculty meeting.....super fun stress relief!

-Meeting our wonderful new principal......kind, warm, friendly......and here to make our school the best it can be!

-Dinner @ Cheesecake Factory with Lisa, Baby William in tummy, and Colby...yummy food plus friends :)

-Booked Colby's B-Day party...bowling....and made wish list @ Toys r Us...Colby loved it!

-Calendars via school mail....thanks Kim

-Good news from MIL :)

-Left WORK ON TIME....OMG! :)

-Took Colby to the park...he played, I graded papers.

Project 365: Part 2

This is the meat and potatoes of my Project 365.........

I used vinyl for the first time in my Cricut for the 2009 on the front of the MM 3 ring scrapbook.

This is Jan. 1-4 in the baseball card page protectors, I am aiming to blog about the daily happening here, and play catch up every couple of days. Right now I don't actually have ANY pictures right now (only memorabilia), and I am ok with that!

Project 365......Hopping On Board

Well, here goes nothing! I elected not to order the kit from CK (sold out/didn't win it), so I decided to use SB stuff I already have (shocked, I know).

Supplies:
-1 3 ring 12 by 12 album (MM bought @ Target for $3.74 on clearance)
-1 pack of baseball card page protectors @ Wal-Mart $4)
-PP I already have
